Project Control Officer

About This Role
The Project Control Officer (PCO) is responsible for executing specific project related activities during the project’s execution life cycle. The PCO’s main function is to assist the Project Manager or Platform Manager in controlling project progress and performance, project financials and schedule as well other administrative duties.
The role we are offering you
- Produce, tack and maintain invoicing and payment schedules
- Support project initialisation
- Manage change requests and engage with stakeholders across the business
- Manage and support governance and risk requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Controller or Junior Project Management space
- Project management certification and experience in the defence industry are desirable
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills
- Financial acumen and/or business acumen
Location:
- Homebush, NSW

Security requirements
- As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance._
