**A snapshot of your role**:

- Create a brilliant first impression as you welcome clients and guests to the office and represent the company’s values
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to your managers, including filing and organising documents and updating database information
- Assist with ordering office supplies and organising internal meetings and team events, including sourcing catering and liaising with facilities managers and service providers
- Maintain the highest standards of tidiness throughout the office spaces and meeting rooms
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence with politeness and professionalism
