**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Aroona Group, distributors of SURFTECH and NSP brands throughout Australia and New Zealand are looking for an E-commerce & Warehouse Manager based out of our office/warehouse in Brookvale, Sydney.
Aroona Group has grown into a regionally recognized distributor of Surf, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Foil and related products. Our brand portfolio, including NSP Surf/ SUP/Foil, Surftech (Lopez, Walden, Takayama, Munoz, Aipa, Channel Islands, Misfit, Bark), Maui Fin Co (Hydrofoils, Surf and Windsurf Fins and Accessories) and Nuu Surfboards.

**THE ROLE**
This full-time & flexible role is based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage online sales & website.
- Manage warehouse operations & logistics (includes pick & packing).
- Assist with invoicing, warranties, and all-round customer service.
- Complete new online sale initiatives/marketing campaigns.
- Control backend of e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with team to execute e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
- Identify marketing opportunities.
- Assist in managing social media channels for all brands.
- Acquire new customers and utilize CRM data.
- Meet marketing and sales financial objectives.
- Manage e-commerce P&L.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers & suppliers.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in a similar role (operations, sales, marketing, e-commerce).
- E-commerce and/or marketing degree or other relevant tertiary qualification.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Shopify, Facebooks, Instagram.
- Strong computer skills. Photoshop and web design skills a bonus.
- Knowledge/passion for the Watersports industry.
- Strong CRM, sales and marketing administration skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, task focused and a proactive approach to use you own initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to deadlines.
- Sales driven, customer focused.
- Well presented with great communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A true team player - willing to pitch in outside the scope of their role when required.
- Must be legally able to work in Australia.
