We are a growing Electrical and Solar Services company working across the Northern Beaches, Upper North Shore and North Sydney. We specialise in all aspects of electrical work and as a result of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and self motivated Office Administrator with a welcoming personality to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Data entry/Updating and ensuring the accuracy of management records,
- Manage client accounts; sending quotes and invoices; follow up
- Ensure smooth processing and up to date employee related information,
- Checking and approving timesheets ready for payroll,
- Liaising with employees to arrange updated certifications or refresher/training
- Arrange toolbox meetings and prepare the agenda, take minutes,
- Assist in managing social media and enquiries through social media channels,
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs,
- A general knowledge of Microsoft Office, Xero and a job management system such as ServiceM8,
- All general office administration duties.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
