**The Role**
We currently have an opportunity to join our Brand and Marketing team as Lead, Group Insurance Marketing on a 12 month fixed term contract position. This opportunity is open to work from our Melbourne office in conjunction with our hybrid work from home options.
The Lead, Group Insurance Marketing plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement and fostering client advocacy within Superannuation and Corporate channels. This position is integral to driving business growth and strengthening client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver the engagement marketing plans
- Lead the execution effort from ideation and brief through to execution, stakeholder management, and performance reporting.
- Develop innovative engagement and content strategies to enhance member knowledge of insurance in super and retention to the super fund.
- Support the broader Marketing function with accurate and timely budget tracking, communication governance, and approvals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, including influencing internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team and partners across the business to deliver campaigns in an efficient and collaborative way, on time and on budget.
- Proactively manage risk and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Superannuation marketing experience preferred; 5+ years in intermediary channel marketing or B2B marketing strategies.
- Proficient in developing, deploying, and analyzing marketing campaigns, especially digital; strong written and oral communication; attention to detail; ability to manage priorities and stakeholder expectations under tight deadlines.
- Solid project and campaign planning and management skills.
- High enthusiasm and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, hard-working team
