The Role

Bega Group are recruiting a Trade Marketing Lead to join our Retail Marketing & E-commerce team for a 12-month maternity cover.

You will manage the retail marketing plans across all customers and channels, for our White Milk brands. You will lead, review and optimise insight led, omni-channel activity that delivers commercial growth outcomes for our retail partners, the category and Bega Group.

You will join a dedicated and high performing team, that work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve outstanding and celebrated results. This role is suited to applicants that understand the demands of FMCG and has relevant experience in Trade Marketing. You will be excited and driven by a fast-paced environment and able to juggle conflicting priorities with ease This is a brilliant opportunity to make an impact on the commercial performance of some of Australia’s most loved brands

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development, execution and evaluation of the shopper marketing plan across all customers, channels and geographical territories- Review and optimise retail media effectiveness. Partner with retailer partners to develop mutually beneficial JBPs- Support the overarching e-comm strategy and monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns, inclusive of search investment strategy- Assist in the management of brand(s) by implementing brand plans and guidelines and measuring effectiveness- Manage, track, and optimise budgets.- Work independently to collate and analyse data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create standard insights

About you- Strong Shopper/Trade Marketing or Brand Manager experience a must- Understanding of FMCG preferred- Working in a collaborative environment and being autonomous (effectively managing own time and resources)- Technology savvy, analytical and process orientation- Digital and media experience desirable
