**The Role**

Reporting to the Digital Channels Manager, the Digital Product Owner is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.

Sitting within the Strategy, Marketing and Value Retention that drives customer centric digital transformation, you will be responsible for evolving the digitisation strategy experience across both our Group and Individual (retail) businesses by identifying pain points and features that enhance and lift experiences through Customer and Adviser touchpoints, from ideation through to conceptualizing of business cases, implementation and benefits realisation as part of a broader digital roadmap.

You will be responsible for leading an agile delivery squad to deliver on a scope of solutions to improve our customer experience and digital offering.

**About you**

An experienced or emerging Product Owner, you will have an understanding of the fundamentals of Product Ownership to maintain a balance between quality experiences and commercial value to support broader prioritisation and execution. You have a passion for the Customer and advocate for usability and accessibility, whilst at the same time ensuring a Digital First mindset for self
- service.

An Agile practitioner, you will thrive in working with Teams and bringing together people of a diverse range of backgrounds and disciplines to solve real customer problems.

Lastly, exposure and prior experience in the life insurance sector is advantageous, but not essential.
