**The Role**:
We are on the search for outgoing, enthusiastic, and driven leader to join us at our new venue - The Great Northern Bar at Sydney Domestic Airport.
We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Manager with a confident and vibrant demeanor to own the space and lead the team to deliver friendly and seamless service to our customers. We are offering a full time position with a variety of shifts across the week.
As the Assistant Manager you will take the helm of our venue leading a new small team to:
Deliver memorable customer experiences
Be our Beverage Champion, Coaching, sharing your knowledge.
Ensure budgets and KPI’s are being met.
Ensure the kitchen and FOH operations run seamlessly.
Stock ordering, rotation, merchandising & Stocktaking
Adherence to food hygiene, cleaning & safety practices
Supervising, Directing and Coaching the team.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To nail this role you’ll need**:
At least 3 years experience running a Bar or Restaurant
Be a seasoned Bartender, both capable and confident with cocktails and cellars.
Have experience with rostering, working to budgets and managing people
Have a sound knowledge of WHS
Have a creative flair and ability to bring some fresh ideas to the space
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
Current RSA
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
First Aid Certificate
