**About Us**
Eden Ability is a NDIS service provider supporting people with disabilities. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable **Personal Assistant / Assistant Manager** to work directly with the Director and management team. This role is about being organised, proactive, and able to handle a variety of tasks — no two days are the same.

**The Role**
You’ll be a key support person, making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. From handling admin and communications to supporting rostering and compliance tasks, you’ll help keep the business on track. This is a role for someone who can learn quickly, take direction, and isn’t afraid to get involved in different parts of the business.

Main duties include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for staff and general inquiries.
- Assisting with rostering and staff coordination (training provided).
- Supporting with compliance tasks such as filing staff documents and onboarding.
- Helping prepare reports, contracts, and service agreements.
- Taking on new tasks and projects as directed by the Director.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Confident with technology and willing to learn new systems (ShiftCare training provided).
- Someone smart, proactive, and flexible — able to prioritise and solve problems.
- Previous admin, PA, or assistant manager experience (any sector).
- Fluent English and full working rights in Australia.

Pay: $53,029.11 - $97,885.28 per year
