Reporting to the Center Manager, you will as the main contact to manage both inward and outward stock movements whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store’s inventory records Manitou’s complete range of spare parts products.

**Main duties**:
Managing Parts & Attachments physical inventory and warehouse

Receipt and dispatch of spare parts. Accurate picking and packing of customer and internal workshop orders

Ensure all spare parts are accurately identified, part numbered and located within store ensuring maximum shelf life and saleability.

Invoicing customer orders prior to dispatch and generating the required transport consignment documentation via provided computer software.

Ensure all spare parts taken out of store are appropriately processed in management system.

Follow up any parts short shipped with suppliers local and overseas

Ensure safe workplace practices are adhered to at all times and maintain a clean and safe store at all times

Annual stock take

Adhoc General Yard duties as required

**The successful applicant will**:
Excellent interpersonal relationship and customer focused mentality.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Warm personality and open minded.

Organised, rigorous with processes and administrative/paperwork management

Capable of using various computing tools

Self motivated.

Forklift Licence preferable

Good Team spirit, experience working in a small team is an advantage

Person who wants to participate strongly in the development of a growing business.
