About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our Lidcombe store. You'll deliver outstanding service, support sales growth, and ensure the store remains welcoming, organised, and aligned with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Provide tailored skincare and makeup recommendations to customers.
  • Build customer loyalty through engagement and follow-up.
  • Operate POS and manage daily sales transactions.
  • Replenish and rotate stock, maintain clean and attractive displays.
  • Support in-store promotions, events, and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work culture.

About You

  • Previous retail experience (beauty industry preferred).
  • Passion for beauty and strong communication skills.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
  • Able to work a full-time roster including weekends and busy trading periods.
  • Multilingual (Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese) highly regarded.
