**About the Role**
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable **Beauty Advisors / Sales Assistants** to join our new Lidcombe Shopping Centre store. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves beauty, enjoys helping customers, and thrives in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one beauty and skincare consultations
- Assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest K-beauty trends and new arrivals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
- Participate in regular training and team meetings

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in a beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales role
- A genuine passion for skincare and beauty
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in English; Korean language skills highly regarded
- Beauty certificate is a plus but not required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Beauty & cosmetics sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
