Service Station Assistant Manager

Westside Petroluem Pty Ltd is a locally operated independent Service Station Company that requires an assistant Store Manager to liaise with our store manager.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys motivating and inspiring others and has a passion for high level customer service and personalising the shopping experience. It is essential that you are available to work across store trading hours, including weekends.

This role will also require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.

As a Retail Assistant Manager you take pride in the success and presentation of your site and have a great attention to detail. You will be required to assist the Site Manager in all daily operations of the site, which includes;
**Staff rostering, mentoring and training**
Food preparation and handling
**Volume cash handling and reconciliations**
Providing exceptional customer service and operating the console
**Merchandising, marketing and stock management - receipting inward goods, lifting, restocking and layout variations**
Ensuring food safety standards are adhered and followed
**Weekend work**

Previous experience would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
