We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Consultant to join our team and support our People & Performance team in delivering project requirements in accordance with our People strategy. Working within the People & Performance team, you will work with Business Owners to plan, execute and manage various projects across a number of disciplines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Business Owners to identify project goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and records.
- Support People & Performance team members with project-related tasks and activities as needed.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with People & Performance processes, policies, and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Drive outcomes within a complex matrix structure and constantly changing landscape utilising a flexible and adaptable (agile) approach
- Deliver all nominated projects within specific timeframes
