We are excited to be looking for an Employee Engagement Partner to join the People Team in Sydney. In this newly created and diverse role you will build strong relationships with a wide range of people across our business to embed our culture, deliver an outstanding employee experience and bring the fun to our teams across Asia.

About the Role
- While every day will be different, your core focus will be two fold:
Champion Employee Experience:

- Identify, design and implement strategies and programs which elevate the employee experience with particular focus towards onboarding, reward/recognition and celebration
- Help to understand, define and drive culture through intentional and engaging activities
- Work with our global benefits team to manage benefits locally as well as finding bespoke benefits and perks for the SIG team across Asia
- Mobilise and champion social responsibility efforts

Deliver Engaging Events:

- Manage, design and plan SIG’s events calendar
- Work closely with administration to execute all event details (decor, catering, entertainment, photography, transportation, special guests, equipment etc)
- Conduct pre and post-event evaluations and report back to the event team
- Generate new ideas to enhance the quality of future events
- Provide event management support (planning and execution) of SIG sponsored events, in particular for campus and professional hiring

**What we're looking for**

About You
- You are a dynamic, creative and results driven team member who may hold a formal qualification in Marketing, Event Management, Human Resources or a related field. You must have:

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and strong communication skills
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Some experience as a talented events planner
- Graphic Design skills would be a bonus
- A demonstrated understanding of the employee journey
