**The Role**

The Employee Experience Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and engaging workplace experience. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and proactive individual eager to leverage automation and AI tools to enhance office operations. You will be responsible for managing the office environment, optimising administrative workflows, and supporting the onboarding process to create a best-in-class experience for all employees.

This role directly impacts every team member and is critical to fostering productivity, satisfaction, and retention. It offers significant scope for ownership and innovation, particularly in automating manual tasks and improving operational efficiencies.

**Your impact**
- Oversee and enhance the overall office environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage facilities, office supplies, IT support, and reception services.
- Serve as the go-to problem solver for workplace-related needs.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workplace operations.
- Utilise AI-powered tools to reduce manual workloads and improve efficiency.
- Ensure routine administrative tasks require mínimal manual intervention.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires.
- Automate account setups, system access, and equipment provisioning.
- Establish AI-driven workflows to optimise the onboarding process.
- Support team engagement by assisting with company events and social activities.
- Work closely with the Social Committee to enhance employee experience and retention.
- Contribute to shaping a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Support potential office expansion or relocation within the next year.
- Assist in shaping our San Francisco office environment, including event and benefits ideation and execution.
