ABC Seamless is hiring a **Complaints Officer** to join our leading home improvement company in the Parramatta area.

Our current officer has decided to retire after 20 years working for our company.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Taking and dealing with all customer and salesman queries.
- Keeping our customers happy and informed at all times.
- Maintaining relationships with all of our key customers including Strata Managers and Property Managers.

To be considered for the position, it is essential that you have:

- At least 1 years' experience in a customer service / complaints hander role.
- Australian residency.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Reliable, punctual and friendly nature.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

**Experience**:
