We are seeking two customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionists to work across our Monash, Moorabin, Mentone, Linacre, Glen Waverley and Waverley Private Clinics. These roles are part time, permanent positions with the flexibility to work shifts between 7:30am and 6pm.
1 x Permanant Part time role - 3 days a week(Mon, Tue, Fri)1 x Permanant Part time role - 4 days a week(Mon, Wed, Thur and Fri) What will you be doing? - Be the first point of contact for patients at reception - Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound) - Providing excellent customer service and patient care - Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
- Previous medical receptionist experience(highly desirable but not essential)
- Ability to manage high volume, inbound calls
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
