**What you do**

Reporting to the APAC Head of Product and Underwriting liaising with the Market, Operational, Sales, Finance, IT teams and Allianz Partners European Business Units, you will be responsible for reporting and alalysis and the monitoring and remediation of our Travel clients portfolio across. As APAC Portfolio Management & Remediation Specialist, you are mainly responsible for monitor the profitability of Travel contracts.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide regular portfolio reporting and analysis support to APAC markets.
- Serve as Global Portfolio Monitoring (GPM) primary point of contact for Travel Underwriting teams in APAC regions; partner with regional UW teams to understand and align Travel data (eg consistent IBNR, expense ratio reporting).
- Coordinate periodic data collection requests with business units, addressing questions and assisting with process issues as needed.
- Facilitate development of commercial ratio targets for PD.
- Analyse profitability and understand cost drivers, to prepare rehabitations plan for unprofitable scheme/clients and follow up the implementation of corrective actions, & Produce analysis on existing schemes prior to annual reviews to support local sales and Case UW teams in order to help them to negotiate the renewal terms. Calculate profit share for the strategic partnership in compliance with contractual clauses.
- Support the Planning Dialogue (PD) process by providing the UW view on expected costs and claim trends in future periods.
- Technical ability in analysing the performance of a portfolio
- Development method to manage performance of clients/ schemes
- Experience in insurance industry is beneficial
- Knowledge of IT tools, data warehouse, excel, reporting tools
- Knowledge of Accoutning, Finance and understanding of Actuarial or Reserving
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate
- Confident and engaging communicator
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
