We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our highly engaged Customer Service team located at Enfield.
Reporting to the National Customer Service Supervisor, the purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional service to our customers across our Bakery Ingredients and Animal Nutrition divisions.
As a Customer Service Representative at MAURI, you will be responsible for:

- Skilfully handling customer complaints and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Effectively managing the pricing and credits request process in line with customer service KPIs
- Actively participating in Call Coaching sessions to continually improve our customers' experience
- Accurately entering pricing information
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Salesforce Administration for our Commercial Team

About You
- Have a strong customer focus and desire to deliver exceptional service
- Possess experience working in SAP, or with another ERP system
- Exposure to Salesforce system
- Be confident in your ability to enter data accurately and in a timely fashion
- Enjoy taking the initiative, and be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
- Be able to effectively prioritise and work to deadlines
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
