BlueCare are seeking a Rostering and Scheduling Specialist to lead the implementation of best-practice rostering and scheduling systems and processes across the business. You will have responsibility for analysing data, reporting and forecasting to optimise resource allocation while ensuring compliance requirements are being met. The position will support Neighbourhood leaders in achieving KPIs pertaining to customer satisfaction and team productivity.

- Experience interpreting and working with Enterprise Agreements, legislation and employment regulations
- Business analysis experience and working within project management
