**Our Client**:
Servicing clients from the Southern tips of Sydney along the South Coast and through the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla, our client is a market leader in real estate services on the South Coast and offer a warm, supportive and professional environment to their long-standing team

**Duties**:
In this role you will be tasked with day to day management of circa 230 commercial properties and have the support of an experienced Assistant Property Manager and an Administrator. Tasks will include:

- Providing direction and leadership within your small team
- Ensure the portfolio is managed with the highest quality and value is provided to owners
- Manage new and existing clients in a professional, proactive manner
- Follow Legislative compliance
- Undertake arrears control, rent reviews, arrangement of maintenance and upkeep of records and files
- Attend to routine, ingoing & outgoing Inspections
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings when required
- Participate in team meetings and company functions

**Specific requirements**:
Our client is open to someone coming from a Residential or Commercial property management background
- At least 2 years experience in property management
- Have an Assistant Agents / Real Estate Certificate or Real Estate License
- Willingness to follow procedures to ensure client expectations are met and is adhered to Legislation
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be capable on a computer and picking up new systems
- A relatively easy commute to the Nowra
