This property management organisation is looking for experienced Building Managers to join their organisation

**Your new role**

Reporting into an Area Manager, this role is 20 hours a week (5 x 4 hr days). This organisation is looking for a reliable and experienced residential building manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for a brand-new building. Duties include:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, tradespeople, cleaners, security guards, and other staff
- Manage the budget, accounts, and records of the building
- Liaise with the owners, tenants, strata committee members, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and enforce the compliance with the building rules, regulations, and policies
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the building and its equipment
- Identify and resolve any issues, complaints, or emergencies that may arise
- Report to the Building Management Committee (BMC) on the performance and status of the building
- Ad hoc duties

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in Residential Building Management or similar
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- A high level of attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills

**What you'll get in return**
- $80, 000- $85, 000 + super (Pro Rata)
