TSA is an Australian-owned business in the Outsourcing Industry helping companies acquire, retain and grow their consumer customer bases. We represent some of the country's largest brands from across multiple call centres in Australia and the Philippines.

**Job Description**:
Working in this role you will be representing Amplifon. Amplifon is a global leader in hearing healthcare, who's mission is to transform the way hearing healthcare is perceived and experienced worldwide, changing the lives of millions of customers.

**What will you do?**
- Acquire new business through warm leads
- Schedule customers in for a FREE hearing test at their local provider
- Provide information and insight about hearing solutions to your customers
- Promote Ampifons suite of products and services
- Follow up with customers after appointments have taken place
- Accurately record detailed customer interactions

**An overview of the role;**
- 100% work from home
- ** Work Monday - Friday between 9am - 5.30pm**:

- ** 3 days training commencing in 12th September**:

- Permanent full-time positions available

- Highly energetic with excellent phone manner to build rapport quickly and easily with your customers
- Passionate about customer service and helping others
- Confidence in taking ownership of calls
- A high degree of patience and empathy for others
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively without compromising service levels
- Team player, working collaboratively to exceed expectations
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Must have full working rights within Australia
