Asset Management Specialist, Owners Team. Facilities Management
**Your new company**
Client is public sector governance organisation that supports a section of the states sporting industry. They help provide an oversight and to reduce the burden on the individual facilities as providing some governance and an in-house consultancy service to provide more specialised advice - in the case on their management of their asset portfolio.
They are looking to engage an Asset management supervisor, ideally one with an interest in or passion for sports administration to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**
Role is supervisor role and manages a small team of professional staff that aim to drive better asset management outcomes for the sporting venues. This includes a more professional and meaningful collection of asset data to allow management of asset renewal, maintenance and/or replacement and functional reporting.

The role takes a lead in managing the asset inspection process, the data management and the statutory reporting functions. The role has strong stakeholder component and is responsible for the ongoing continuous improvement process.
