**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory and stock levels of office supplies.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials from suppliers.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of workspace.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
- Support team members with administrative tasks.
- Oversee facility maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Assist in managing budget and financial transactions.
- Provide general support to facilitate smooth operations.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in property, building/facilities management, or corporate real estate is preferred.
- Adaptability and a flexible, innovative approach.
