**Bid Manager**

We are seeking a talented Bid Manager to lead and manage the bid process for our exciting growth opportunities in the facilities management industry.

You would be a skilled professional with excellent writing, strategic development and relationship skills, looking to join a professional growth and business development team.

As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire bid process, from initial client engagement to final proposal submission. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all deadlines are met, responses are aligned with client requirements, and we are positioned competitively in the market.

**The Role: Bid Manager**
- Preparation of tenders and bids that align with our strategic plans and goals.
- Identification of bid opportunities assessing the potential proposal and completing schedules in coordination with supporting members of the team.
- Lead the bid process by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the bidding cycle.
- Align with Pricing/Bid Estimator(s) to develop pricing strategy for RFT pricing deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Strong demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment or at a senior level in a similarly complex services industry.
- Proven experience in Business Growth, Business Development and complex bid experience particularly related to major projects in infrastructure and /or property portfolio bids.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the bidding process, RFPs, and tender management.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
