**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the entire bid process, including bid strategy, planning, coordination, and execution.
- Identify and assess bid opportunities, evaluating their suitability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive research and gather information to develop a deep understanding of client requirements and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and write compelling bid proposals, ensuring they are tailored to meet client requirements and address key evaluation criteria.
- Develop a clear structure and persuasive content for bids, ensuring key messages and value propositions are effectively communicated.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, technical experts, and senior management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor bid strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bid management, proposal development, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the business development lifecycle and bid management processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
