**POSITION DESCRIPTION - Print Production Assistant**

**Reports to **Ecommerce Trading Manager **Team **Digital Acceleration

**Team Overview**

The Digital Acceleration Team is accountable for our direct-to-consumer ecommerce channels, ensuring our digital channels, product offering, promotions and fulfilment are optimised for our customers.

The Digital Team has direct accountability over the entire ecommerce business with a focus on the customer. They manage everything from developing our ecommerce functionality, launching and optimising new marketing campaigns, developing and delivering the correct product strategy across both gifting and personalisation and finally fulfilment operations and warehouse management.

**Position Purpose**

You will assist in our ecommerce fulfilment operations, for both our gift products and also our new print-on-demand personalised card offering. Working in our warehouse, you will assist the picking, packing and production for all eCommerce orders.

**Position Deliverables**

1. Pick, pack and coordinate the fulfilment of our gift product orders

2. Print, pack and coordinate the fulfilment of our personalised card orders

3. Ensure receipt of inventory into the warehouse, in an efficient, organised and timely manner

4. Check the quality of goods for defects, errors, prohibited content or otherwise for our direct-to-consumer orders

5. Work to a tight schedule and fulfilment deadlines.

6. Ensure new products are created and current products are managed within the ecommerce platform

**Key Accountabilities**

1. Support ecommerce fulfilment operations ensuring direct to consumer orders are sent on time.

2. Implement and execute a new QA process for direct-to-consumer orders.

3. Ensure smooth flow of goods/inventory into the warehouse

4. Establish the warehouse pick and pack system to be efficient and well organised

5. Share some responsibilities for our photography studio, planning photography & photographic new products, etc.

6. Identify and implement new ways of working to drive efficiencies and issue a monthly report on fulfilment operations and warehouse improvement.

7. Within our Shopify ecommerce platform, create new products while updating and managing existing products.

8. Work with management on new initiatives, improvements and new training programmes for new team members.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Proficient in Shopify and Excel or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Strong experience with printers and printing systems will help.
- Good experience in warehouse operations and ecommerce fulfilment will be a big advantage.
- Good experience with Adobe Photoshop and photography will be advantageous.

**Education and Experience**
- Job Knowledge in Ecommerce Fulfilment and Warehouse Operations
- Some experience in working with Printers in a Print-On-Demand setting
- Experience in a retail setting or selling in an online retail environment

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
