**Brand Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote residential battery products. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Define target audiences and develop segmentation strategies；
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, social media, events, and partnerships. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI
- **Content Creation**:Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, videos, blog posts, and case studies. - Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging；
- **Product Launches**:Coordinate product launches and promotional activities. - Develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
- **Partnerships and Events**:Identify and establish partnerships with industry influencers, trade associations, and other relevant organizations. Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
- **Customer Engagement**:Develop and implement customer engagement programs to build brand loyalty and advocacy. Manage customer feedback and work with the product team to address issues and improve offerings.
- **Budget Management**:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track and report on budget performance and make adjustments as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. - Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketing team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- **3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or residential battery industry.**:

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per month
