**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to Play a crucial role in supporting Clevertronics' mission to provide innovative emergency lighting solutions.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you'll work within a team to execute innovative marketing campaigns and projects. You'll manage content, coordinate events, and engage with customers, all while contributing to the growth and success of our brand.
**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:

- Work across and support the marketing managers and brand team, assisting and executing key programs, activities and marketing initiatives.
- Support and assist the marketing managers with the analysis, development and deployment of key commercial aspects and initiatives related to customers.
- Participate in and provide input on building the Marketing plans across the various segments.
- Developing and implementing the communication and content plan for different market segments.
- Manage the company's communications marketing platform.
- Maintain various company websites with relevant and engaging content
- Manage the print requirements within the business, covering POS, promotional items, catalogues, brochures and flyers.
- Manage marketing events with to ensure branding, product and segment initiatives are within guidelines.
- Assist in implementing promotions/programs to penetrate specific market segments.
- Provide support to field staff through communication strategies to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the building of marketing collateral, including catalogues, flyers, and POS.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B Marketing, Branding, Communications role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
- Strong written communications skills combined with experience in publishing content.
- Understanding of social media channels and marketing automation tools (Hubspot preferred).
- Experience working with technical products and/or markets (preferred).
- Highly task oriented with the ability to meet deadlines, recognise customer’s internal and external needs and add value in servicing those needs.
- The ability to deal with personnel at different levels particularly senior personnel and to deal effectively when interfacing with customers.
- While able to work independently on own projects, can also take a team approach, working with and through others.
- Good commercial acumen and down-to-earth personality.
