At 1300apprentice, we have a client based in Melbourne, Linde Materials Handling, who are looking for a business trainee to join their team.

Linde Materials Handling has been setting standards for solutions for industrial trucks, fleet management, driver assistance systems and service offerings for over 50 years.

In this busy and varied role you will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:

- Provide administrative support and input of information into the service management system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Filing of service department records and correspondence.
- Comply with company policy and procedures.
- Print invoices and close service orders.
- Prompt and courteously answering service calls
- Act as backup / support for other administrative staff roles including the Marketing Department.
- Cover for absence as required, and maintain a flexible approach to work hours within the needs of the business
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer skills
- Team Player Good attitude, with an enthusiasm to learn
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- A passion for “Great Customer Service”
- Focused on attention to detail
- Genuine team player with a strong work ethic
