This is an exciting time to join the team We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Assistant cafe manager to oversee day to day operations and events. As assistant cafe manager, you're responsibilities will include assisting the management of a friendly team of staff, the training & development of your team, smooth running of operations, and the execution of functions and events, all the while upholding our high standard of customer service.

Skills & Attributes;
- Experience in the same or similar role
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Function & event operations experience
- The ability to multi-task & work at a fast pace
- Excellent communication & staff supervisory skills
- The ability to think outside the box when it comes to providing solutions & problem solving
- An upbeat and motivating personality that encourages staff to do their best
- Immaculate presentation
- A hands on supervisor approach that leads by example.
- A passion for customer focused service
- Labour & Cost of goods management experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
