We are a very busy café located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Marco Polo is split over two levels, currently Marco is operating Monday to Friday 6:30am - 3pm, with Polo (the little takeaway only brother) operating 6:30am
- 1.30pm so every evening and weekend are yours

Our catering is expanding, and we are getting busier every week We are now on the lookout for an incredibly talented and motivated Café Supervisor to join our passionate team. You will need to have 2 years’ experience in a similar role, be committed to amazing guest engagement and can work well within a team as well as independently. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that is experienced, responsible, and will walk into every shift with a smile

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a minimum of 2+ years in a similar management position.
- Leading from the front, ensuring the team understand what exceptional looks like every day.
- Be hands-on and operational.
- Be able to multitask and work under pressure.
- A great can-do attitude.
- Barista skills.
- Experience with Lightspeed POS & Tanda software would be amazing.

Transparency and how to apply: This is a casual role, 38hrs over five days with 30min unpaid breaks, Marco Polo operates under the Fast Food Industry award MA000003. We’re all about supporting our team, so open to discuss full time position if you require it

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 35-38 per week

**Salary**: From $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
