**Raw Energy Cafe is looking for an Assistant Manager with pathway to manage your own store in a few months**

No night shifts No finishing times after 3:30 pm

Location: 100, Edward street - Brisbane CDB

**Requirements and Skills**
- Work experience in the same or similar position
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
- Availability to work within opening hours (6:30 - 15:00)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Availability for Weekends
- Food and Safety knowledge
- own vehicle - able to work at different venues (Kippa-Ring, Brisbane)

**About the Role**:

- Assist the store manager to manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies in the store manager absence
- Closing till
- Banking procedures
- Add new menu promotions based on seasonality and customers’ preferences
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy at all times
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
- Making coffees and smoothies
- Taking orders and processing customer's payments
- Opening / Closing store
- Monitor stock and informing the store manager to place orders when there are shortages
- Placing orders in the manager's absence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
