6-month contract for an experienced Scrum Master to work in Digital Technology

**Your new role**

As the Scrum Master you will be working in a team environment to lead and coach agile teams/squads. Your role will involve organising, managing and prioritising tasks in order for the squad to achieve their goals. It will be important that within your role you focus on the optimisation of performance, working between the product owners and the team members/squad to ensure consistency in approach and successful sprints.

Ideally you will have experience working to manage software development of systems for integration as well as front end digital experience.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working in a Scrum Master role
- The ability to lead, coach and mentor a team through agile practices and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal to ensure all team members/squad members are informed and up to date. It will be important to have stakeholder management skills to support the continuous improvement and relationship building components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Qualification in IT ideally University standard and a certificate as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach or equivalent
- Knowledge and demonstrated use of key tools and software including Jira, Confluence, Figma and Miro
