Scrum Master

We are currently looking for a talented Scrum Master/Lead to join their talented award-winning team to build best-of-breed eCommerce solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects by championing Agile methodologies and fostering collaboration within the teams.

Hybrid role, 3 days in the office after the probation period worked on-site

Intermediate, Senior, and Lead profiles will be considered

The role:

- Act as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and values while continuously improving their processes.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure focus on sprint goals.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

What you will bring:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced digital environment.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to guide teams through challenges and ensure alignment.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Git Lab, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity with resilience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks and issues.
- Familiarity with Retail and E-commerce Platforms (desirable).
