- Continuous engagement in challenging the status-quo of squad and organisational process to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and throughput
- Support the squad in preparation for multi-squad activities, including big room planning, multi squad sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Engaging with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment of squad backlog, adequate capturing and communication of impediments, risks and chan
- Exhibit, role model & promote the agile mindset values, principles, behaviours & ways of working

**Your Experience**

Relevant tertiary qualifications, combined with working knowledge of various agile frameworks. Knowledge of development and operational value streams in agile delivery. Strong understanding of the scrum master role and its servant lead responsibilities.
