Working in our Customer Care team
Working as a part of our Customer Care team, you will be the contact with our existing customers who are considering cancelling their policy or have missed payments.
- You will work with our existing customers to help them maintain their policies by building rapport, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to help them maintain their policy.
- You will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to our existing customers
- You will be part of a fun, team-based call centre environment where you get the best of both worlds, enjoying time with your team in the office and time at home
- You will achieve your individual KPI's and contribute to your teams' targets
- You will work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts between our core hours 8am - 8pm
What you will bring to the team
We look for people who have experience in a contact centre environment (Customer Care/Support/Experience/Sales/Collections) and thrive on providing positive customer experiences and finding solutions to meet customer needs.

Our commitment to your development
During the first two weeks you will complete our role specific in-house training program to set you up for success in your role. This includes comprehensive product knowledge, as well as in-class and 1:1 training in Customer Care.
Throughout your career with us we offer continuous support and training to help you develop and succeed in the role - from frequent catch ups with your manager, to call reviews with your team and dedicated coaching. There's regular 'up skill' sessions with our L&D team too, which allow you to develop your soft skills, emotional intelligence and leadership capability.

- Earn Senior status in 6-12 months = 10% increase to base pay and additional leadership exposure
- Earn Specialist status in 18 months = 20% increase to base pay and funding for industry related study (RG146)
