Lead and inspire a team of Customer Care Agents to achieve high performance through customer centric interactions, providing regular coaching and effective leadership. Maintain a highly engaged team culture along with ensuring that all team members are compliant and working within the company guidelines.

**What are we looking for?**
- Self-driven with a passion for performance, customer experience and people engagement
- Proven capability to lead and motivate a team/individuals to achieve KPIs through guidance, coaching and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to achieve performance improvement
- Natural leader who can influence people through continuous change and ensure buy-in
- Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and innovative thinking
- Eagerness and ability to embrace and implement feedback
- Consistently demonstrating the Company's core values

**Desirable**:

- Experience working within the insurance industry
- Experience working with a quality-controlled working environment (i.e. verbal scripting and procedures)
- Qualifications in coaching and/or frontline leadership
