Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for implementing the go-to-market strategy in order to meet and exceed revenue targets, drive market share and further develop our customer relationships. You will use your experience and expertise to inspire, coach, develop and lead our field sales and account management teams.

Please note, this role is eligible for relocation.

**What you will do**:

- Build and execute the Fiix new customer acquisition strategy (SDR/AE)
- Build and execute the Fiix customer expansion strategy (BDR/AM)
- Build and execute the Rockwell High Velocity strategy (SDR/BDR/AE)
- Work with Rockwell APAC leadership team members across sales, marketing, channel and operations
- Represent Fiix & HV GTM team at industry events, customer meetings and during planning motions
- Hire, coach and develop the leaders of the Fiix/ HV GTM Revenue organization
- Manage the Revenue organization to quarterly and annual ARR targets
- Work closely with Commercial Ops, Marketing and Product organizations to ensure alignment with both the Fiix and Rockwell objectives
- Proactively assist with passive and active recruitment efforts
- Help drive continuous improvement in the sales processes at Fiix and Rockwell
- Develop thought leadership and sales best practices through planning and participating in various community meet-ups and technical groups, fireside chats, info sessions, tech and recruiting events, etc.,

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proficient at analyzing and interpreting sales data, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience hiring, training, coaching and growing a team of sales representatives and account managers
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- 5 to 10 years of experience in progressively senior leadership roles across Business Development, Acquisition sales, Expansion sales, Channel sales and International sales.

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field or relevant industry experience;
- MBA is an asset
