The Regional Solutions & Services (RSS) organization of SI has branches across the entire globe, offering the entire building products & services portfolio to our customers.

In this Senior Leadership role, you will lead all RSS business activities with full P&L responsibility across the Australia/Pacific region. You will lead this highly effective business, driving it onto and beyond the Return on Sales (ROS) target.

You will be a member of the country Executive Leadership team and RSS APAC Leadership team.

The APAC growth strategy will be at the core of your leadership: deriving key actions for your region and spearheading the implementation of growth of Digital Services, Energy Performance Consulting, Solutions and Services, resource planning and optimization, process improvement and standardization, competitiveness program with cost optimization.

All the country regional operations and business lines will be reporting into you; therefore, you will lead and coach a team of 200, enabling them to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

You will be a hands-on leader, working closely with your team, actively contributing to projects / solutions / services. As a leader, you will listen to and empower your teams to contribute, foster collaboration and focus on the customer.

To be considered for this pivotal role you will need an academic degree in engineering, business or other related fields, several years of leadership experience in the building technology or aligned industries; ideally in sales and customer service, coupled with a strong business acumen and the ability to develop strategic business plans.

Proven track record in developing established markets and building new ones is essential.
