About the role:

- Our client is a distributor of medical products based in the eastern suburbs. They currently seek someone with a passion for customer service, strong communication and administration skills to join the team in this full time permanent role.
- The successful applicant will enjoy working within a positive team environment, providing outstanding customer care, and sales support, along with associated administration. This is a varied role with opportunity to develop.
- This role will include working closely with the team to:
- Create and complete quotes including pricing, freight calculations, deliveries
- Support the Sales team ensuring pipeline opportunities are managed efficiently including follow up on leads
- Analyse reports & data from reporting systems; identify sales opportunities
- Work with managers to create, implement, and monitor sales strategies
- Product knowledge; regular updates on current products and ranges
- Scheduling customer meetings and conferences
- Attend trade exhibition events
- Processing Sales Orders, setting up new accounts

About you:
- Bright, friendly, helpful with a positive nature
- A team player with a high level of professionalism
- Solid experience supporting the Sales function incl order processing
- Strong administrative and organisational ability, and attention to detail
- Flexible and mature approach to work tasks and a desire to learn
- Advanced skills across Microsoft Office Excel; Intermediate skills in Word and Outlook
- Previous experience of Inbound Shipping/Import practices
- Healthcare products or similar knowledge highly regarded
