Chandler Macleod is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our Industrial in the team based in Altona, VIC.

This is an exciting role for someone who is looking for their next challenge, is results driven and thrives in an everchanging environment. A healthy level of self awareness and the ability to communicate with confidence is key to your success in the role.

Your new role;
As a Recruitment Consultant at Chandler Macleod you will be client facing to discuss opportunities and provide recruitment solutions to meet their needs. A large part of this role is account management, relationship building and the day to day maintenance of new and existing clients.

Your days will always be different, but you can expect to be:

- Providing outstanding service and taking a genuine interest in each persons' career aspirations,
- Database management and system administration.
- Problem solving both internally and externally
- Achieve monthly threshold/revenue targets

What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated high quality customer service both face to face and via phone.
- Highly motivated and enjoy a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent problem solving and issue resolution experience.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Persistent, resilient, and determined to succeed.
- Proactive and positive approach with a strong team ethic.
- Intermediate organisational and administrative skills coupled with computer literacy
