**What’s on Offer**

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey. Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Manager, you’ll be part of a collaborative Customer Hub—a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork and communication are key.

You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to manage customer communications, support Site Managers, and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience throughout their building journey.

Key responsibilities include:

- Deliver premium customer service across multiple channels
- Support customers through key milestone stages
- Collaborate with Site Managers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Communicate with stakeholders to proactively progress jobs
- Manage workflow systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Meet KPIs and contribute to team success

**What You’ll Bring**

You’re a customer service professional with a passion for helping others and a drive to succeed. Ideally, you come from a retail Assistant Management or similar background, with leadership experience and a proactive mindset.

You’ll also bring:

- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confidence in handling objections and solving problems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- A collaborative approach and team-first attitude
- Experience in customer service (retail, contact centre, or residential building experience is a bonus)
