**What’s On Offer**

This role is based in our Customer Hub, working as part of a proactive and supportive team. You’ll receive training, development, and a clear pathway to grow into a Coordinator role and beyond.

**What You’ll Do**
- Make proactive outbound calls to support the customer journey
- Update and maintain customer file notes accurately
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements
- Provide administrative support to Customer Experience Coordinators
