**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Officer to join our team on a part-time 6 month contract. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you’ll support staff members in their timely and engaged return to work after work-related incidents, ensure early intervention of incidents/injuries, analyse injury trends, and collaborate with the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partner, Learning and Development team, and wider business to drive continuous improvement opportunities.

This is a part-time role, offering 4 days per week and the flexibility of a hybrid work model.

**About You**:

- Experience in injury management response, and return to work management
- Experience in WorkCover claims management
- Adopts a "One Team" approach to collaboratively ensure the safety of our employees in their workplace.
- A clinical background (e.g. RN/EN) is highly desirable
- A willingness to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.
- A strong understanding of clinical risk in a community care environment
- Passion for community work
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong internal relationships within a multidisciplinary team
- A strong focus on customer experience gained through working in a similar or comparable industry
- Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions
- Advanced computer skills including word, excel, power point, database management
