We are on the lookout for an experienced Manager to take over the role at our busy cafe in Bella Vista. Previous experience neccessary and well spoken English a must

About the RoleManaging and overseeing cafe operations, including inventory and staff development.Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff.Managing work schedules to employees.Responsible for cashier duties and supplier management.Flexible to work shifts covering both week days and weekends.

Create strategic plans to increase cafe profitabiliy and managing costs.Delivering high customer service and satisfaction and maintaing rapport.Following and implementing Health and Safety Regulations.Barista skills required.
