The role will actively support the delivery of our SHW strategy. This will be achieved through supporting SH&W data analysis and interpretation, delivery of data-driven insights and the development of reporting and data visualisations that supports strategic decision-making, risk reduction programs, and overall SHW improvements across the Woolworths Group.

**What you’ll do:
- Deliver high quality, fit-for-purpose and insightful data visualisations including development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards.
- Verifying SH&W reports are operational and accurate.
- Deliver timely, accurate analysis and reporting and communicate observations and insights from data analysis.
- Collaborate with WOW teams including IT, Data Governance, Privacy, Cybersecurity and Business Units and external system vendors. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement including use of new technology and reporting techniques. This engagement will be crucial to success in this role.

**What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years relevant experience in retail, customer focused, high risk industry or fast paced business is preferred. Exposure to Health & Safety would be a bonus.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, business intelligence, data visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
- Knowledge of safety management software solutions (e.g. incident management, contractor management, hazard observations, compliance tracking, auditing)
- Previous experience in development of Safety, Health & Wellbeing performance metrics Strong influencing, engagement and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
