**Position Overview**

ANC is seeking a highly motivated Contractor Recruitment Officer to support us in our driver fleet staffing objectives. The role is part of our national sourcing team who work together to achieve fleet sourcing objectives for each state.

You will collaborate closely with business leaders and the Fleet Sourcing Manager to attract, select and onboard delivery drivers while contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing and administration.

**What you’ll be doing**
- **Sourcing**:

- **Induction and Compliance**: Conduct driver inductions, including training on safety, operational procedures etc.
- **Communication**:

- Foster positive communication with drivers and cultivate a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate with ANC teams to ensure smooth handover for driver onboarding.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams for seamless onboarding of the drivers.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up to date with industry trends and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

**What are we looking for**
- Previous Recruitment experience in a blue-collar environment, preferably within the transport industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Technologically savvy with strong ability to utilise Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other industry required technology.
- Ensure a thorough understanding and compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations, prioritizing safety, risk management, and accountability in all driver related tasks.
- Proficient in recruitment software and platforms.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of contractor legislation and subcontractor requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
